How the coaching sessions work:

  • There are 6 coaching sessions, 45 minutes each. If you are in Seattle, we can meet in person. Otherwise, we can talk over the phone or use Skype.
  • During each session, we will remove a different animal product from your diet. After 5 sessions, you will be vegan. This gives your body enough time to acclimate to the massive dietary changes you’re making.
